A plea to those with Twitter feeds.
I’ve never understood the deal with Twitter. I’ve never signed up with Twitter. I’ve managed to avoid it for the most part, until I began near constant monitoring of my Tumblr dashboard, and suddenly, a plague of one line text blurbs … not an interesting quotes, not a video, not even a cell phone photo, just a mess of away-message-esque white noise.
As much as I love the folks I follow, I’ve had to remove two for raging Twitter infections. The rest of you have remained pure. Please keep it that way, the two really don’t mix. Not in the slightest.

Great point, Justin. Oddly enough, your post was directly followed by a Twitter post from Fred Wilson. I don’t know if Fred follows my Tumblr, but dude, please take your Twitters off. Your other stuff is worth reading.
